Terms of Service
Last updated: August 12, 2026
Agreement
These terms govern your use of Snapgame (snapgame.co). By creating a game, playing a game, or otherwise using the site, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use Snapgame.
Early access
Snapgame is under active development. Features, limits, and pricing may change, and the service is provided without uptime guarantees. We'll try to give notice of major changes, but early access means things move fast.
Creating games
You can create games anonymously or while signed in. You're responsible for what you type into the game-building assistant and for the games you publish and share. Don't use Snapgame to create or share content that is illegal, harassing, hateful, sexually exploitative (especially involving minors), or that infringes someone else's rights. We run an automated check on submitted descriptions, but it's not exhaustive — we may remove content or suspend access for violations of these terms, with or without notice.
AI-generated content
Games are generated by an AI system based on what you describe. We don't guarantee the generated game will match your description exactly, be free of bugs, or be suitable for any particular purpose. Generated games are provided "as is."
Ownership of what you create
You own the games you create. By publishing a game, you grant Snapgame a license to host, store, and serve it at its shareable link so that it can be played by anyone you send that link to. You're responsible for having the rights to anything you put into a game description (names, images referenced, etc.).
Sharing and links
A published game is reachable by anyone who has its link — it is not searchable or publicly listed by default. Treat a game's link the way you'd treat its content: don't share a link somewhere you wouldn't want the game seen.
Usage limits
To keep the service usable for everyone and control the cost of AI generation, we apply daily limits on how many games an anonymous session or network can create. Limits may change as the product evolves.
Accounts
If you sign in, you're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. Authentication is handled by our provider, Clerk — we don't see or store your password. We may suspend or terminate an account for violating these terms.
No warranty; limitation of liability
Snapgame is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including anything arising from AI-generated content or from games created or shared by other users.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as Snapgame changes. Continuing to use the service after an update means you accept the revised terms. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date at the top of this page.
